“My aunt is currently a resident, and the care she is receiving is excellent. She has dementia and requires a great deal of patience and time. I have witnessed, at multiple times, many staff members assisting her and reassuring her when she is sometimes at her most difficult. Her therapies are excellent. “Highly recommend Dr. Tyson, excellent for infant care and reassuring for the parents too. Staff is great and it's easy to make appointments- I've scheduled in advance and also same day for illness. Facility is clean and bright. Minus one star for their long wait to get paperwork signed- if you forget to bring a childcare or school form during your visit, you have to drop it off and wait 5-7 days until someone will sign it and either mail it back or fax it. For one signature I think that's a long time when you are dependent on that form to get your child back in daycare or school. So beware...don't forget your form on day of appointment! Update- issue resolved in 24hrs for childcare form wait is not as long.”
