“The units are cleaned before tenants move in. Tenants break contracts all the time and then blame Woodys U Lock It. If you want to move out that's fine just follow the contact rules and give a 10 days notice prior to moving out. If you move out first then call us and tell us you have moved out that's not a 10 day notice. Several tenants receive the deposit back it's so issues when following the contact policy. That contract is set in motion to protect our tenants and our selfs from this type of situation.”

He could tell you things off the top of his head that were simply amazing. He would even help homeowners diagnose problems with their hvac plumbing and electrical problems. “I stayed at Walnut Lake for about 2 months from August through the first week of October. I met some good folks the grounds were well kept. The grass was mowed and no trash. 5mph speed limit helps remind you that are kids in this Park. You'll see kids putting around on golf carts, four wheelers, and ATVs . I'd like to think they'll be good drivers from the practice there getting on the graveled roads of the park. I never felt unsafe and I never locked my camper one time. The Labor Day weekend band was great and while there was a lot of folks dancing and drinking an adult beverage or two , no one got out of hand. I never seen the police at the park at anytime during my stay, and I never seen a reason for them to be. I want to give a big shout out to Corn Bread & Happy. God Bless !!!”

“Had to stop here to pee around 9:am the restroom was very clean even smelled good and clean like the cleaners! Got cup of coffee and some snacks, coffee was good and everything was priced the same as anywhere else, only problem was the credit card machine wouldn't work, I had no cash, it took a long time for the cashier to restart everything and get it running again but after doing that it worked! Definitely will stop again on my way back home!”
