“Well they are nice apartments. They fix anything that needs fixed. Just need to get the tenents that has kids to pick up thier trash and stuff that they bring outside to play up. I think there should be something we have to sign saying if we don't pick up stuff our kids or people that we have at our apartments, we should have to pay a fee of a certain amount, that way there wouldn't be all this trash or toys laying all over the grounds of these apartments. I know there is something in the lease were we can get wrote up then kicked out, but nothing is being done about this issue. Other than this issue, the Apartments are Great other than that.”

“Heard a lot of bad things about this place but I didn't have a bad experience staying here other than the police impounding our vehicle heard where we were staying and said it was the worse hotel in town to stay at!!! The rooms could have been cleaned but at the same time you get what you pay for and it was the cheapest in town. Overall it wasn't as bad as everyone made it out to be.”

“I stayed at Walnut Lake for about 2 months from August through the first week of October. I met some good folks the grounds were well kept. The grass was mowed and no trash. 5mph speed limit helps remind you that are kids in this Park. You'll see kids putting around on golf carts, four wheelers, and ATVs . I'd like to think they'll be good drivers from the practice there getting on the graveled roads of the park. I never felt unsafe and I never locked my camper one time. The Labor Day weekend band was great and while there was a lot of folks dancing and drinking an adult beverage or two , no one got out of hand. I never seen the police at the park at anytime during my stay, and I never seen a reason for them to be. I want to give a big shout out to Corn Bread & Happy. God Bless !!!”
