A nice young man named James called me last week and scheduled a day and call about delivering my Oxygen Concentrator and Portable emergency tanks. He contacted me about 15 minutes prior to his arrival so I could prepare a place to set up my equipment.
Upon his arrival he introduced himself and proceeded to show me everything I would need to know about setting up the Oxygen Concentrator and Portable tanks. He was able to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease since this was my first time to see and use oxygen.
Today James called me about the portable travel tanks he was delivering to me and advised me he would be there shortly. He again worked with me on setting up and usage of these units answering all of my questions. I certainly hope DASCO realizes what a wonderful and friendly employee they have in James.

I had an awesome experience today. I had an appointment for a CPAP machine the staff was great. Sandra Howard was very knowledgeable of the equipment I was picking up, she helped me try on masks and answered all my questions. It’s a great feeling to know my health and others are in great hands with people like her thank you so much your awesome!!!!!!
