“After taking mom to The Claremont for dinner a couple of times to get a feel for it, we moved her there in November 2019, and simply could not have made a better choice! Like almost any senior struggling to live on her own, she was not in favor of moving, but she loved the activities and quickly made lots of new friends. Her one bedroom independent living apartment is fantastic, complete with her own screened in patio. The food continues to impress as well. Mom has since gone through hip surgery and is almost finished with rehab, and with dramatically declining memory, we will be moving her into memory care in the same building. I can't imagine a home for seniors having a more caring and helpful staff than The Claremont! The attention and caring we receive has been second to none. They've done extremely well keeping COVID-19 out of the building and we feel very safe having mom there. They are a little less expensive than similar facilities, but don't let that fool you. We looked at a lot of places, and have friends who've had parents both at Claremont and other facilities, and Claremont competes very well on all important factors. It doesn't feel like a senior facility; it feels like home. We feel like family there, and continue to believe it's the best place for mom.”
