Allow me to tell you a little about my not finest moment. lol Last Friday, while meeting with a competitor flooring company, I spoke with Rich Barnabei, over the phone, and asked him to come by to give us an estimate. Mind you, I was under the influence. 😂 During that call, I shared with Rich that the competitor company was willing to match his price. So even though there was absolutely NO gain for him, he came the following day (Saturday). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us an estimate half of the competitor! We were so impressed by Rich that we just decided to work with him. That same week, he worked with my schedule for installation of our new floors. The day of installation, Alex and his team arrived promptly at 830 am. They were professional, quick, and efficient and by 230 pm, my house had been transformed! “I love these folks. Everytime I have been there to pickup a FedEx Express package, the employees have been extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful. And I do mean exceptional, as they are often searching the backroom for a package that may or may not be on a truck that day. Jeff is perhaps the friendliest and upbeat man I have ever met. The location also has plenty of supplies, and is very easy to get to and park. If you require more services, the post office is right across the road (and Easton just down the road).”
