(October 11, 2020, 1:04 pm)I am from out of town and only in Ohio temporarily. My dog got sick unexpectedly and they got me in the same day. From the phone call I made to make an appointment to the time I picked him up after being treated....every person I dealt with was amazing. I felt comfortable from the beginning that he was going to be cared for well. Your customer service is exceptional. I'm certain my Bailey was taken very good care of. Thank you all!
(July 8, 2020, 12:27 pm)Wonderful animal care center. Knowledgeable vet and my dogs are very happy with the boarding facility. Normally my dogs have horrible separation anxiety, but they come home happy and tired every time. I wish I recalled the name of the vet, but she was very honest and forthcoming when my dog had an emergency. They stayed and took my dog in after hours to help. I can't recommend this place enough. Coming from Indianapolis, the prices are amazing as well.
(March 3, 2020, 11:04 am)Been to many vets around the country while moving, they are by far the best and most compassionate I have ever used. The staff and doctors are all fantastic and remember your pets by name and idiosyncrasies. Bear is an easily startled puppy who hates the scale, they know exactly how to work him. My parents have taken their pets here for 20+ years, and I hope to do the same.
Could recommend them higher, but Google only has a five star scale.
