“When my family and I were in process from moving to Ohio from out of state, I received excellent customer service! During my storage search, I was a little early in trying to lock in a unit. During that time, I was in contact with the store manager Kellen Belt. He maintained contact with me and notified me on unit availability. He was very professional and patient with me during my search. I was able to rent a unit out for the time I needed. He made the whole process less stressful for me which was a huge help! I would definitely recommend this location to others.”

“Staff were nice and proactive to help customers. I always love post offices and respect staff working at postal department, they get paid least, but they work hard and sincerely. How often you miss a mail in your lifetime? Only negative comment is Location of post office, this post office is not easily found, seems like in remote area.”
