  Incredible support that really helped me get through a difficult time, they meet you where you are to help you achieve your own breastfeeding goals. Allyson was amazing. And it was covered by insurance!!

  I had a very positive experience with Nurture Columbus, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with breastfeeding. I had planned to breastfeed my child from the start but had problems with latching and positioning once he was born. Because he was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, we did not have the option for an in-home lactation consultation and felt no other option other than to resort to pumping and bottle feeding. Once Nurture Columbus resumed in-home consultations, I made an appointment, and Allyson was able to visit us 2 days later. She helped us get to the root of the problem after only one consultation, and I immediately felt less frustrated and relieved! I had convinced myself my son wouldn't breastfeed now since he had gotten used to bottles. Breastfeeding was something I always wanted to do, though. The solution turned out to be fairly simple but for a new mom like me I felt so lost until Allyson helped. My son is now 3 months old, and we are still breastfeeding full-time without issues. Thank you, Nurture Columbus!!!

  We highly recommend using their services! Allyson is incredible. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and will customize solutions to fit your needs. She is very patient, kind, and understanding. We recommend everyone schedule a visit with them for the day after returning from the hospital, especially since many insurances will reimburse the full cost!

  My son is 2 weeks old tomorrow & I have had two virtual appointments with Allyson since bringing him home from the hospital. She has been such an amazing help and resource for us navigating these first couple weeks breastfeeding! She helped with positioning to facilitate a better latch for feedings and answered ALL of our questions, which helped us so much! My son is doing great with feeding thanks to all of her help! He has surpassed his birth weight already at his 2 week appointment today! I highly recommend working with Nurture Columbus. Appointments are easy to book online & because of COVID-19, I booked virtual consultations!

  I highly recommend Nurture Columbus for all things breastfeeding. Allyson was super easy to schedule with, accessible to answer many emails and helped me to meet my goals in about 6 weeks. Allyson was always encouraging, honest & frank.
