(January 19, 2019, 10:47 am)Great place! They take excellent care of their patients and go above and beyond. The nurse name Sara was amazing, along with the rest of the staff. They are awesome, highly recommend if wanting to have peace of mind when family members are in a nursing home. THE BEST ❤️
(September 5, 2018, 7:30 pm)My Mother has been a resident at Highbanks for almost 2 years. I feel very blessed that we found this facility. It is always very clean and she is well taken care of. The staff is very personable and they take the time to get to know everyone there from the residents to their families..and residents are just amazing. There are plenty of things for her to-do from bingo to outing a few times a month. The activities director interacts with all the residents on such a personal level and gets their input on activities they would like to do. I feel very comfortable leaving my mother's care in their hands.. And my Mother just loves it there.
