Recently used VIP for a fridge repair. Every person I interacted with - from office staff to the technician - was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them!

I am sticking with VIP for as long as I have a furnace and air conditioner! I sent in a check for a repair along with a letter explaining that the repair did not meet the expected outcome. My check was returned to me with the explanation that the company could not in "good conscience" take money for something that did not work. WHO DOES THAT????? Seriously, Dawn is my contact at VIP and she is wonderful and kind and a great representative for VIP. The repair people who come to my home are always nice and efficient, too. This is a REALLY GOOD company and I recommend it to any and all.
