“I attended Ridge for all four years yes we have ups and downs like all high schools but you will not find a high school with faculty better then this one with the stereotypes facing young black men and the area where the school is located the teachers took that in and still gave 100% focus and help to the students regardless if the students wanted it or not i remember missing days of school only to get calls from my teachers telling me to get up and get here now lol they were more then just teachers of education they helped with life situations and troubles Walnut Ridge is a great school with caring and loving faculty which has made a great transformation in my four years there and I am proud of the faculty and Mr.Walker and im proud to call myself a Scot Alumni.
