They have been accommodating at every turn. If you are without insurance or on public insurance, they will work with you to make sure you can get the help you need without going broke. “Discounts, selections and great customer service. For a kitchen upgrade we decided to add an 84" tall appliance garage with roll out shelves for all those cumbersome countertop accessories. Matching 17y/o cabinets was beyond easy. Custom cabinet maker or re-face everything to match. Oh No! Staff member took our phone call and found what we were looking for in a cheaper option. Still ALL WOOD! Not that particle board stuff they do not carry. We went in 2 days later and were immediately shown to 3 in stock. She cut open boxes until she found one without any imperfections. Paid for it. Offered a military discount. Now we have 3 weeks for the contractor to pick it up. Ordered the roll out shelves. It’s going to be a fine appliance garage. If you don’t at least walk through the store to see the savings they offer, you will be doing yourself a disservice. #UpCloseSavor XP”

“Best grocery store in Columbus Location/Environment: I had a hard time finding this place because it is in a religious temple. Upon arrival there was a sign and a nice lady directed me down. It’s a small little market but with the most vegan options I’ve been at. Customer service: The lady was so nice; she offered free food. That’s so amazing. I only took like one thing but insisted I take more. Options: there were so many options. It’s expensive to ship food so it was nice that there were rare options of vegan food that you can find at Kroger or wholes food. The cheez squares were so good, and even better since it was free. I’ve been looking for vegan condense milk and was so glad to find it at this store. Overall: I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to try new foods. The customer service is great and they were all very welcoming.”
