She's incredibly smart and thorough, always asks the right questions to get to the root of a problem, and listens to my concerns and symptoms with a proactive attitude and no judgement. I've never felt uncomfortable or like I can't bring up an issue with her. She's friendly and great at small talk but not overly chatty to the point where it feels like work to keep up. I feel incredibly well taken care of in her hands. Her staff are all incredibly friendly and the ones I see on a regular basis know me by name and always greet me warmly. They're great about setting up appointments that work for my schedule and calling to remind me about them a couple days before (it's a lifesaver). It's also extremely convenient that they have an online portal where I can make appointments and request prescription refills.”
