Tacomania food truck

My dad has lived here for over two years now. The staff does an excellent job in providing a home like atmosphere. Dad does wish that there was more variety in the menu offerings.

I’ve eaten ALOT of Mexican food in my life and this just might be the best I’ve ever had.

They make the best chalupa’s. It’s my favorite food truck in Dublin area. I highly recommend their street tacos and chalupas. I love to ask for extra green salsa because nobody else can make fresh and delicious salsa like them.

We hired TacoMania for our wedding. They were so easy, and pleasant & kind to work with. They were also so flexible when we had to change our date due to Covid. They were also so fast to get food out to our guests. The food itself was absolutely delish! All of our guests were amazed at the quality and the portions! I had guests even tell me they normally can’t get food truck food, but they could eat this food! The whole process was so smooth and stressful. Which made me a happy bride! No set up needed! The only thing I did do was copied the menu to print off to put on our tables for guest to circle what they wanted, and write their name on to help with the time of things. It was also an easy clean up process too! Highly recommend! & great reasonable pricing! Much better than hiring servers, catering, and clean up crew, and no supplies needed!

I moved my dad into Ashwood Place a couple of weeks ago. I was coming in from out of town during a very stressful time. Cathy and the staff at Ashwood Place have made the transition for dad, seem less. They have taken very good care of him and put my mind at ease that he is taken care of since I cannot be there all the time. Corey, the security guard at night is great and Cathy who is my contact, answers any questions I have and responds quickly to my texts. I cannot thank the staff enough for helping me during a difficult time. My dad loves it there and that makes a huge difference!

I just ordered 3 vegetarian tacos that were not on the main menu. They made them without even a hint of complaint and they were outstanding! Super fresh! The grilled veggies and flour tortillas were perfect. Best tacos I have had in a long time! Thank you.

My baby and I enjoyed it so much we went back for seconds. The Al pastor pork tacos were yummy with the creamy cilantro sauce which is HUGE because I don’t enjoy cilantro for the most part. The brisket street taco was my babies favorite; she loved eating the meat by the spoonfuls.

My parents settled into Ashwood Place in October 2030 and soon felt right at home. They discovered several acquaintances lived there as well. Now that the facilities are opening up for activities they are enjoying the gym, bible study, happy hour ( or as we refer to it - “the jolly trolley”), bingo and visiting during dining hours. The staff has made them feel special. Thank you.

My mother has lived at Ashwood Place since January of 2019. It has been a wonderful experience for her. Ashwood has a real sense of community and family. The staff goes above and beyond to serve their residents and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking an independent living facility.

I recently toured Ashwood with my grandmother and the staff was very helpful. They spent a ton of time showing us around and answered all of our questions. The building is clean and the residents were doing yoga when we toured so the residents really are active.

We toured every senior living place in Frankfort and this one definitely meets my grandmothers needs the best. We are hoping her house sells soon so she can go ahead and move in.
