Naturally chic salon is amazing. Me waking into my first appointment with Keyla was very professional. As soon as I walked in she got started on my hair I did not have to wait. She was very knowledgeable on natural hair and was gentle with my hair. I had a great experience with the products recommended by Keyla. They added moisture to my hair. Highly recommend going to her.

One thing that Columbus was missing was a Salon that truly focused on the education and maintenance of natural hair. Keyla took her time to explain products, proper application and discussed my hair situation. I have to say during my visit learned a lot. This was my first visit and l will be back, the prices reflect not only the education but a person profile and access to questions on your style and continued support while do your hair at home, plus each defined curl is trimmed, which takes time. I loved the steam treatment and the claw massage. I truly felt that l had untamed hair but by using techniques from my appointment my natural hair is popping curls that l didn't know existed.

Keyla is skilled, detailed, gentle, mindful, and professional. I had absolutely no complaints and felt extremely comfortable on my first visit. I knew my hair was in good hands because I had followed Keyla's work for at least 2 years. Keyla knows natural hair. I haven't had a professional trim in 8 years. Her preliminary detangling process and wash techniques was similar to my own. But I was very impressed that she used medium heat to blow dry my hair and set the flat iron to only 380 degrees. I had never experienced tools sliding so smoothly through my hair! She did her best getting through my gnarled ends and it resulted in beautiful, healthy, extremely soft hair. Proud to say I have a personal hair care specialist to brag about!

Hard to say what I like about Naturally Chic because I liked everything. Keyla was prepared and ready for my appointment on time. She is very professional and personable, which is very important when choosing a Beautician. My temp was checked and I led into the salon. I enjoyed being the only customer being served. No two hours waiting under and dryer or running to get something to eat, while you wait. The salon is super clean and I felt comfortable using the bathroom. Keyla introduced me to some top quality products, which were available for retail. I've been checking Keyla's website for about a year now. I am so happy I finally took the plunge and got my first curl cut. My wash n go is two days old and it still looks pretty good. I can't wait to wash my hair just to practice my wash n go skills.

My experience with this salon was absolutely amazing! It was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. My stylist knew all about natural hair care and provided so many helpful tips. She spent significant time ensuring my curls were defined and styled to perfection. ***My 3 hour drive from Detroit to Columbus was more than worth it as my hair tuned out perfectly for my engagement pictures that were scheduled the next day.
