Her preliminary detangling process and wash techniques was similar to my own. But I was very impressed that she used medium heat to blow dry my hair and set the flat iron to only 380 degrees. I had never experienced tools sliding so smoothly through my hair! She did her best getting through my gnarled ends and it resulted in beautiful, healthy, extremely soft hair.
