I was unable to go directly to the complex for medical reasons for a tour, but Jacqueline took time to show me an apt virtually. The apt and the grounds were very nice and clean and she explained everything thoroughly. Although I did not rent with Crosspoint I will say that they have excellent customer service, very prompt with email and phone call correspondences. Jacqueline even followed up with me to see if there was anything else that she could do to assist me. The best I have experienced when dealing with office staff in my search for an apartment.”
