“I love this place and I have loved this place for over a decade. Because this place has great customer service the location on Parsons a little unsettling but they have this laundry service where you can drop your laundry off get it done and come back and pick it up so I use this location for laundry service and I love it good customer service it's always clean and neat and they are so good with this laundry service you have to check it out. There are several ladies that work there and all three of them are wonderful. All you have to do is bring your laundry you do not have to provide detergent they charge you a fee per load which is great and it's a lot less than what I used to pay when I was doing my laundry but your laundry is folded and so need and clean and they call you when it's done it's a great service I don't know if I'll laundromat's all for it but they should if they don't.”

“I started coming to this dry cleaner because it was the closest one to my apartment. I now drive out from Bexley to have my clothes cleaned here. For me, it's worth the drive because everyone that works here is incredibly warm and welcoming. They make you feel like you're getting very personal attention. An even bigger draw for me is their attention to detail. I'm a teacher and at the end of every year, I get notes from students that I find very meaningful and that I keep stored at home. I'll often tuck these notes into the pockets of my vest after reading them. At the end of this past year I took all my vests in to be dry cleaned and foolishly forgot to check the pockets. I was mortified when I realized I'd left two notes in their pockets. I was sure they'd be lost forever. However, when I picked up my vests I found an envelope attached with the notes safe inside. I don't think any other dry cleaner would have saved those. Columbus Lace has a customer for life in me.”
