“I started coming to this dry cleaner because it was the closest one to my apartment. I now drive out from Bexley to have my clothes cleaned here. For me, it's worth the drive because everyone that works here is incredibly warm and welcoming. They make you feel like you're getting very personal attention. An even bigger draw for me is their attention to detail. I'm a teacher and at the end of every year, I get notes from students that I find very meaningful and that I keep stored at home. I'll often tuck these notes into the pockets of my vest after reading them. At the end of this past year I took all my vests in to be dry cleaned and foolishly forgot to check the pockets. I was mortified when I realized I'd left two notes in their pockets. I was sure they'd be lost forever. However, when I picked up my vests I found an envelope attached with the notes safe inside. I don't think any other dry cleaner would have saved those. Columbus Lace has a customer for life in me.”

“I bought a car from here Chinese looking owner sold me my 08 Acura he did tell me it had a salvage title before hand it was 2016 when I bought the car. I told him don’t sell me a car that I’m going need need to fix before a year he said ok and I replace 3 things under a hundred fifty dollars each within 2 years it still runs I sold it to my brother it currently needs brakes and a muffler I think I got my monies worth when I bought it. Did not give 5 stars because the service and customer service skills could be more professional and timely.”
