(September 11, 2020, 9:01 am)From scheduling the tow, to the communication before hand and the tow experience itself, they were incredibly professional. The ability to schedule a tow gives peace of mind knowing that your car will be taken care of and eliminates the trouble of waiting if drivers are already busy. They let you know where the driver is and their ETA which helps know exactly when they’ll be there to help you out. James tested my car before lifting it on the truck to make sure that a tow was necessary which I felt was extremely noble as most companies may have just towed without question. Very reasonably priced and extremely helpful. Hopefully my car doesn’t need towed again, but if it does, I will without a doubt use Capital Towing.
(August 3, 2020, 9:13 am)I called on a Saturday and got right through to a REAL person ... no automated thing requiring pushing a bunch of buttons first. James showed up on time ready to tow, but he first suggested he attempt a jump start first ... it fired right up!!! He was knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. So, rather than hit me for a huge tow bill to the dealer for repair, I was able to drive it there myself. James said that’s how they operate! I can tell you that Capital Towing walks the walk! I would fully recommend and give a 10 out of 10! Thank you, James!!
(July 27, 2020, 12:30 pm)Had the ball joint break on my Jeep yesterday an broke tie rod as well. Wheel was barley hanging on. They were there within the hour like they had told me. Love the text system they have which let you know when driver is heading to you, it has a link you open to a map where you can see where the driver is at heading to you. James was our driver an he was great, this was the best towing experience I have had. Will definitely use again. Thanks for your help James!

The progress I have seen this company make since my time here, is astonishing. We have went from being old fashioned using paper to being completely advanced with technology. Our system will update and keep the customer involved step by step with their tow, being convenient when not present. We can find customers who have no idea where they are by requesting their GPS location. We have 24 hour dispatching, which means anyone can retrieve their vehicle at any time. The drivers and dispatchers have developed a conscientious mentality, which shows with the treatment of our customers.
