(September 22, 2020, 3:02 pm)Took a drive down to visit a friend in Columbus from Cleveland. My car started to make increasingly weird noises on the way there to the point where I didn’t feel safe driving it, but I was supposed to leave to go back home the next day. The next morning I called, this service was able to take in my car right away, find the problem (tensioner pulley broke and the belt fell off— could have caused some bad engine damage), and fixed it up for a fair price so I was ready to leave that same night as I originally planned. The lady working at the front was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining what was wrong to me even though I don’t know much about cars. If I lived in Columbus I would definitely come back here again!

We had a hiccup with a bearing during my CV axle replacement but they quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it . If you're looking for a reliable and well-priced auto mechanic shop, look no further, you've found them!
(August 22, 2020, 4:54 pm)We went there for the first time based on the reviews here. Glad to say that our experience matched that of several others here. They did the work on time, did not try to oversell us for anything. In fact, even when we had asked for an oil change, they told us that the oil is good for another 2K miles, and that we can easily wait.
The primary repair we got done was an exhaust pipe repair. Work was done satisfactorily - the noise is gone now.
I know trust takes time to build. Based on the experience so far, we intend to use the same place again.
(July 28, 2020, 4:18 pm)We have been going to for over a year now. Campus Auto is an amazing auto shop. We had some brake issues and they fixed it. They do not push undo repairs and are very transparent. The female working the desk is the best. She found our old brakes and rotors to show the damage. We will always trust this auto shop
