“Just got track shoes from here and they are wonderful! The knowledge and service here is unparalleled. They use special equipment and scanners to figure out your exact needs. The staff is very kind. Highly recommend! There can be a bit of a wait on the weekends in the mid afternoon, so plan on that. Otherwise they’re great! (The parking lot is a bit wonky prepare for that though!)”

“Took a drive down to visit a friend in Columbus from Cleveland. My car started to make increasingly weird noises on the way there to the point where I didn’t feel safe driving it, but I was supposed to leave to go back home the next day. The next morning I called, this service was able to take in my car right away, find the problem (tensioner pulley broke and the belt fell off— could have caused some bad engine damage), and fixed it up for a fair price so I was ready to leave that same night as I originally planned. The lady working at the front was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining what was wrong to me even though I don’t know much about cars. If I lived in Columbus I would definitely come back here again!”

“I am very impressed with the work of the OSU Department of Speech and Hearing Science Audiology Clinic. I recently decided to have annual hearing evaluations and had been astonished, following a very thorough two-hour evaluation, to learn that there had been no charge for that service. I later learned that the OSU College of Arts and Sciences is currently underwriting the cost of those evaluations. Obviously, some of the services of the OSU Department of Speech and Hearing Science Audiology Clinic, for example, purchases of hearing aids, do involve a charge. Several weeks after my evaluation, I received a very complete written report of their findings and recommendations.”

“This is my first review, and I figured out how to write them just for this. I scheduled an appointment for today, I get there, sit down, and they have my car fixed and ready within a half hour. They realized that my EGR valve wasn't plugged in, popped it in, and the problem was fixed. Here's the kicker: they didn't even charge me. The employee working (I didn't get his name), said he couldn't charge me in good conscience. I will be coming back, I won't be going to any other mechanic. I know a billion other people all have similar reviews, but if you need a car repair, seriously, this is the one.”
