“You almost never have to wait in line. There's a free coin counter for bank customers, so you don't have to pay a fee to cash in your coins at the grocery store. Staff is friendly and helpful, although it seems like I hardly see the same tellers twice. They must have fairly high turnover. I didn't give it 5 stars because when it was Cooper State Bank, the hours of operation were so much better. I was very disappointed when First Merchants took over and almost immediately cut the hours.”

“My mom and I went to visit several senior living centers in the area, and Friendship Village was the one she chose. While she was nervous about leaving her condo in Dublin, mom has found her new independent living apartment to be a perfect fit. She is so happy there. The amenities, living options, and levels of care were perfect for her needs. She has met so many nice people, and is quickly making many new friendships, and enjoying all that Friendship village has to offer. Jen , the Move-in coordinator, and Neil, the residency counselor, did such an amazing job helping us navigate through the process! We can’t thank them enough for their patience and their willingness to answer all of our questions. They really made the process warm and friendly!”

“I didn't catch the name of the person at the desk today 8/29/22 when I moved out but she was the sweetest lady. I never write reviews but she was helpful and I left with a smile on my face and that's everything you want from a customer service experience! The facilities themselves are great and very clean. I leased a unit for the last 8 months and the contact free nature of setting it up and accessing it made it very convenient. Plus the flatbed cart in the complex saved my back! Overall great experience!”

“Our house was painted with the usual lowest SW paint by the builder. We wanted a close but lighter outdoor kitchen color. They were all very nice about it including my purchasing only a quart with a better base paint that will fly under HOA radar. Meanwhile a heavily bejeweled and irate Karen was treated very nicely as well at the same time. Paint looks good. Good treatment.”

“This is a great place to live! My husband and I moved to Ohio over the summer and they were super helpful in getting everything situated for us from another state. They’re extremely personable and maintenance always comes in timely manner. If you have dogs this is especially a great place to live because of the sidewalks! Highly recommend- we’re very happy here. Oh and such a nice kitchen for an apartment! :)”

“Excellent smoothie's wide variety. Cafe food was delicious as well. All of it was freshly made. The interior and exterior were extremely clean. Lots of help so never wait more than a few minutes. You can eat in or take out. All employees are well trained, friendly and helpful. Everything is handicap accessible. Restrooms are very clean as well. Plenty of parking around the building.”
