Eric and Hester (Dublin- Shawan Falls location) were both extremely helpful and friendly. I had multiple packages to prepare at the facility so was able to observe and listen to their interactions with the customers before me. They were kind and patient, always looking to find the best deal and reduce shipping costs for their customers and explain any possible concerns with domestic, international, and military shipments.

My 2005 Pontiac GTO got hit by some jackass in a Ford F250 on the highway. The idiot came over into my lane and clipped the passenger side fender and door. I took the car here and they got right on it wasted no time at all. Everyone was super professional and extremely friendly I would highly recommend this body shop if you need work done. They took care of my car and went above and beyond even communication was great.

I was really impressed with their work! Someone hit my car and took off so I had to take it to Service King for repairs. They missed their estimated deadline by one business day, but only because they didn't want to release it until they were perfectly satisfied with the work done to it. They did not disappoint. When I picked up my car, it looked better than the day I bought it. I'll definitely use them again!
