Honestly, I have to say that when I came to this location (5600 Britton Pkwy) I had great experiences from start to finish and that is thanks to Jeana H. Jeana was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to answering all of my questions. If you are looking for great customer service and affordable designer furniture I would highly recommend visiting this location and have Jeana H. assist with your needs!

Rob and I (Rachel) just worked with Jeana in placing an order, and she's great ? However MARRISA is equally as wonderful !! I had questions about my order and even though I hadn't previously worked with her, and she took time (about 15 whole minutes) to take good care of us since Jeana was assisting someone else. She didn't make us wait (again) on Jeana to get back to us, but instead took charge to make sure we were professionally taken care of! Wow I'm amazed, she was knowledgeable and eager to help - we can sleep peacefully tonight having received the much desired service that we needed before the day ended. Ask for either of these fabulous sales girls when calling, or when entering the Dublin Britton Pkwy store ?

Here's a quick shout out to Jeana at Britton Pkwy Dublin Ohio. She was AMAZING to work with! We did it all over the phone, and while things could've gone in a complicated direction, she made everything go perfectly smooth.. double checked details with me and made sure I was completely happy through the whole process - couldn't wish for better expertise other than what I got!
