“The Maitenence Department at Redwood Dublin has once again proven to be on top of their game. Mike and Jeremy answered our work order from this week end. We called the emergency work order number and Johnnie came out and got our hot water back on. Mike and Jeremy stopped by Monday Morning to make sure all was well. Being the professionals they are, they not only took care of a couple of other things that needed to be replaced...but we got the hot water tank fixed with a new heating element. Job well done! “My son has been coming here for nearly two years. I love the staff and the director-they are always friendly and easy to work with. It brings me joy to drop off my son and watch him run open-arms to his teachers in the mornings. Their user-friendly app lets me be in communication with the teachers throughout the day and makes me feel like I get to be a part of his day. “This apartment complex is wonderful! Affordably priced for how nice the apartments are; I love the pond in the complex. There are always ducks! The area is beautiful; there's lots of grass and trees. Everyone I have met here has been very nice, and the ladies who work here are so helpful and sweet! There is even a cute little box in the neighborhood that is like a shared library where you can leave a used book and take one. It is so cute! Highly recommend this place if you are considering!”

“I would give this specific Post Office five stars purely for the customer service provided by Eric and Crystal. My coworker and I brought in a large mailing for our work on a Monday (their busiest day of the week). What we thought would be a simple drop off turned into a three hour marathon of Eric re-scanning each individual item in the mailing to adjust the postage (due to incorrect processing by another staff member in our office). Eric was respectful and courteous to us the whole time, even though we had certainly inconvenienced him and his coworker Crystal. Crystal heroically shouldered the brunt of the customers while Eric worked with us for three hours to get our mailing out. They both remained respectful and positive throughout and Eric took the time to provide information on how we could avoid a similar issue in the future. Not only that, but Eric and Crystal both clearly have established relationships with members of the community. They both deserve all the kudos (and a raise) for their hard work, efficiency, and professionalism!”
