“I didn't catch the name of the person at the desk today 8/29/22 when I moved out but she was the sweetest lady. I never write reviews but she was helpful and I left with a smile on my face and that's everything you want from a customer service experience! The facilities themselves are great and very clean. I leased a unit for the last 8 months and the contact free nature of setting it up and accessing it made it very convenient. Plus the flatbed cart in the complex saved my back! Overall great experience!”

This time around I had some questions and a charge that was on my account that should have been but Gloria at the corporate call center (Central Res) helped me with everything that I needed in order to get that charge off and maintain great customer service. She even remembered me from when I called about a week a half ago. I think that customer relationship and remembering customer situations go along way.
