Has numerous locker & lot sizes, and assures you there are clean and in good shape before you rent. No hidden fees, no start up fees, just a flat rate. Only asks for a 15 day notice before move out. He is truly an honest and forgiving man, he often waives late fees. The office is magnificent, nothing like it, and he is friendly as all get out, and you will often find yourself spending a good hour just talking about life. You will never find a place close to like this, and never find a man who runs such a good and honest business.”

“Y'all need to get your driver check in system better. There is no reason I should have to check myself in and touch the computer that many many many other people have touched. You don't clean the computer after every driver. I don't know where those people have been, if they are sick, if they even wash their hands... You don't even offer a place for me to wash my hands after touching the nasty computer. I had to disinfect my truck after delivering to you. Edit: I just had a very pleasant conversation with this company. They seem to be accommodating. Companies that actually follow up are ones who care about the people delivering their freight. I understand things are tough and somewhat stressful with the abrupt changes we have all had to make and every place has a different protocol. Thank you for the follow up call! Also, they have record speed with unloading.”

Get there before appointment, shut down do 10 hour break, wake up and call in a 7am to verify that I’m here and open my doors. I’m out before 8:30am. I don’t know why everyone has an issue with FST. “My car ran out of gas this morning. Today is February 26, 2020. I was afraid at first to call the police to help me with my disabled vehicle. Whomever the dispatcher was, she made me feel calm even though I was nervous. On my way to work I ran out of gas on Sibley Blvd. A police officer by the name of Lorenzo N. came to the rescue in less than 5 minutes. He first tried to push my vehicle out of traffic. Then he took me to the Citgo gas station up the street. He then filled my can, drove me back to my car and put the gas inside my vehicle for me. Within that small length of time I shared with him a little bit about myself (old lady lol) I guess I'm trying to say, it was an awesome experience without anxiety and being overwhelmed which I suffer from.”
