There was very minor miscommunication about items we could not move which added unexpected cost but in general everyone was super responsive and eager to do a great job. Has numerous locker & lot sizes, and assures you there are clean and in good shape before you rent. No hidden fees, no start up fees, just a flat rate. Only asks for a 15 day notice before move out. He is truly an honest and forgiving man, he often waives late fees. The office is magnificent, nothing like it, and he is friendly as all get out, and you will often find yourself spending a good hour just talking about life. You will never find a place close to like this, and never find a man who runs such a good and honest business.”

“Funny story, we needed our roof down and we called our neighbor to see who she went with. My wife placed a call and they (AIS) came out and knocked out roof out.
