“Jake Mercer was patient, kind, and understanding of our situation when finding a home. When our concerns kept growing, he decided to take action and get us connected with our home builder. What he did not only put us on the path to our dream home, it put us onto a greater path of investment towards the future of our family. We are so very thankful for Jake and his hard work and recommend him 100 times out of a 100!”

“I might be a little more lucky than most people around, seeing that they've had bad experiences here. The apartments are pretty calm. They are pretty well maintained. Grass is mowed every couple of weeks. The biggest advantages for me is the gas stove range in the kitchen, and gas powered heating furnace. The gas stoves make cooking a lot simpler. Also my electricity bills don't go as high during the winters. The pool is small, usually crowded and remains closed for unknown number of days even in summers. The gym is small but has been recently upgraded and is pretty good. I've had maintenance issues with the dishwasher, and refrigerator, both of which were replaced in a couple of days. The staff in the leasing office is helpful but the maintenance handymen are spot on. I've never had an emergency complaints, so don't know how service may be. Some indoor lights went out, and I was told by the staff that I would have to change them myself. I don't really mind changing bulbs once in a while. There was a slight increase in rent while renewing my lease, and the process was a little bothering because of change of leasing office managers at that time, but things worked out pretty well. I will be updating the review in case things get better or worse. We have neighbors who smoke a lot just outside the front porch, so we do keep the doors shut most of the time. But they are wonderfully friendly people.”
