(June 16, 2023, 8:46 am)Wonderful experience from start to finish. Scheduling was super easy. Plenty of parking right out front. The office was bright, clean, and welcoming. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel very comfortable and at ease. Excellent customer service. I look forward to going back. I would highly recommend this office!
(May 24, 2023, 8:24 pm)After having traumatic experiences with the dentist as a child, I’ve had “dentist anxiety” my entire life. Dr. Massa and her team are incredible. I needed a lot of work, and she totally put me at ease- answering all of my questions and educating me on every step of her plan of care. You can tell she truly cares for her patients (and staff!) and takes pride in upholding excellence in her practice. Can’t recommend her and her team enough!
(May 16, 2023, 8:00 pm)Total Wellness is a breathe of fresh air for me. I’ve been looking for a different dentist for awhile now and I’m thankful I came across them. They’re extremely kind and helpful with explaining what was going on with my teeth and even taking the time to ask questions and get to know me personally to have a better understanding of my habits that may be causing certain issues. I left there with a better solution, a plan and the most important thing for me, peace of mind. Dentists in general give me anxiety like a lot of people but they’re passion, genuine care and advice helps me feel that much closer to comfortable. I highly recommend!
(March 17, 2023, 9:23 am)I had my first appointment with Total Wellness Dental Studio, recommended by a friend, and had a wonderful experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. The office is very clean, cute, and inviting. The hygienist and Dr. Massa both took their time explaining what they were doing, answering questions, and even taking time to get to know me. They used the TV in the room to walk through X-rays and visually show me what they were talking about. My husband went for his first appointment a few days later and also had a great experience.
(February 28, 2023, 6:35 pm)Amazing dental studio and amazing staff as well. I was informed of dental information that no place has ever mentioned. So much cheaper than other places as well and caused no pain at all. Was also gifted this cup mug and hot cocoa that was well needed! Definitely going back!
