They're incredibly kind and have always shown our dogs love and respect especially when it's time to say goodbye. Staff is friendly and they're knowledgeable. I am a busy mom of three little ones (five and under) and a full time working mom. I was feeling out of shape, exhausted and desperate for something to change. I met Dustin and he encouraged me to come in for a free workout, just to see if I liked it. No pressure. No strings attached. It was exactly what I needed. The workout was fun! I got direction on how to make sure I was doing the moves properly and I felt more confident that this is something that I could sustain. I have gotten stronger since starting there, feeling more confident in my own skin and I also love that the staff has helped me see the value in doing something for me. As a mom, I always want to make sure my family is taken care of first, but by me taking time to improve my health- I will be a better wife and mom for my family. I am less tired, stronger and more confident. My girls know I have to “go work out” and I love that I am setting that example for them. This diner is owned and operated by the same gentleman who has the Beechwood Diner off of Indianola Ave. The service and food here are outstanding. Our waitress Tiffany was fun to chat with and she made sure our food was delivered fresh and hot. I am partial to the crinkled french fries they serve here. Reminds me of the good old days! The atmosphere is relaxed and the stress of the world melts away as you enjoy a well made meal. The coleslaw is an in-house made recipe. As a food critic, I will say that this is the best in town. I will be back to try out the meatloaf platter next. Some many tasty choices here that it is hard to choose sometimes.”
