Boyer Nature Preserve

I saw a muskrat there!! Great place to walk when it's dry, but when it's wet, you will get incredibly muddy.

It was very peaceful and relaxing. Not very big but a nice area to get away for a few. Do not follow the maps on Google though. Just search orchard lane in westerville and you will find it.

20 years in Columbus and I'm still finding cool little places to go #walking. This tiny little nature preserve takes just minutes to walk, but it's very heavily populated by birds, squirrels, and other small creatures. It is definitely worth checking out if you are in the neighborhood.

This is a cute little park in Westerville located at the end of Park St. The pond has an easy walking trail around it... less than a mile.

Such a cute little preseve. The kids loved trying to catch frogs. Nice short loop around a pond. No restrooms.
