“My son and I needed a truck to move him to a new apartment. Initially we attempted to rent from Fluid truck. BIG MISTAKE! After three hours of the truck not being available, then not starting all the while waiting 30-40 min to talk with customer no service each time we ran into an issue, we gave up on Fluid trucks and went to a local Penske Truck Rental. What a breath of fresh air. We spoke to A live person who quickly explained our options and quickly got us on our way. We ended up with a nicer truck then Fluid offered for less money and a far less stressful experience. Due to the late start we finished the move early the next day but it was done!
