“I had to get a root canal. Never having one before I was extrememly nervous to the point I was getting a headache. When I entered the office the receptionist was very nice and greeted me by name. With little wait I was taken back to the room and Dr. Joel came in. He was so nice and explained everything that he was going to do for my visit. As the procedure was going on he told me what was coming up next. He made the whole expericence an easy process and worry free. Everyone I met at the office was very nice. I highly recommend Endodontic Associates.”

“I have had 3 teens go through braces with both Dr Cook and Dr Mess. (One going through round two braces now,) I cannot say enough great things about this practice! The entire staff is SO caring and friendly. The wait time (assuming the patient is on time) is never more than 5-10 minutes. They are informative throughout the whole process with patients and parents. There are no frills in this office, just the standard tv and magazines in the waiting area. But the prices are reflective of that. Many local ortho offices we visited (at least 4 others) had SO many perks in the waiting area- while impressive- the cost of treatment at those fancy entertaining practices was $1500-$2000 higher. The quality of the work at Cook and Mess Orthodontics is amazing too! All 3 of our children have had no problems and now have beautiful straight teeth! Thank you Dr's Cook and Mess (and all of the staff!!) Melissa is our favorite because she always figures out a way to work with our crazy schedules.”

“Dr. Hamal and her entired staff, including Robert and Olivia, are excellent. It was a very bad situation for me after even an oral surgery refused to help me. She was willing to save my teeth and did some complex surgery for me. She and her staff communicated with the patient well and told the treatment plan and price in front. I hope anyone who searches a new dentist and periodontist read my comments and call her office. You will not regret it. I just wish that I had found her earlier.”

“I cannot express how impressed I am with Dr. Sharma and his entire staff. My fiancé had all 4 of his wisdom teeth removed yesterday and I was present for the entire procedure. Dr. Sharma’s professionalism, patience, care and gentle nature made us feel so comfortable. We were in and out in a little over an hour with so much relief. We were educated on after-care, his prescriptions were already processing at the pharmacy thanks to Dr. Sharma’s support staff, and they made sure he had all of his needs met. 10/10 experience. “I have been a patient of Northland General Dentistry pretty much since I’ve had teeth lol. Unfortunately, due to my lack of adulting responsibility i neglected to go in for a cleaning for … “awhile”. I had a paranoia induced tooth emergency from an instance that happened at work and they got me in within the next two days to check my tooth and concerns. They also managed to get me in a couple days after that appointment for a routine cleaning. Considering my dental insurance from my parents is up next week due to my age , I really appreciate Dr. Kim and RDH Rachel (as well as the receptionist)for going above and beyond to get me scheduled and ease my concerns within a timely manner. RDH Rachel also gave me tons of resources for other concerns from my visit which was appreciated. My parents are patients also and we’ve used them for orthodontist procedures as well. Really great people work here and they truly care about your dental needs/concerns. Hopefully I can get some new dental insurance and see you guys within six months lol..thanks again!”
