I told them why I was there and they listened to me and I wanted a quality pair not the cheapest item on the market. They gave me a pair to test and I loved them, great quality sound. After test period I received my new hearing aids for the same price as the junky ones from other locations. Then they just called and let me know they worked a better deal with my insurance that wouldn't cover anything at other locations. So they are now crediting me back $850.
