“I have been at Silvertree for a year and just signed a second lease. Everyone in the office is beyond helpful with any issues you have and will always greet you with a smile. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. The maintenance team doesn’t wait around on requests and normally gets easy fix’s done the same day. They do a great job at keeping the whole complex clean and in working order. The dog park and pool are definitely a plus, and always kept neat. There’s also the golf trails that are great to walk on at sunset. I have been renting for over 10 years and this is the first place I didn’t want to leave!”

The office ladies were always very understanding and had someone at my house within a day to fix my maintenance issues. I was unable to go directly to the complex for medical reasons for a tour, but Jacqueline took time to show me an apt virtually. The apt and the grounds were very nice and clean and she explained everything thoroughly. Although I did not rent with Crosspoint I will say that they have excellent customer service, very prompt with email and phone call correspondences.
