Chagrin Valley Optometrist

My wife and I are fortunate to have had Dr.Jurcak for the last 40 years as our optometrist. Today, as always, his entire staff delivers professional service with friendliness.

I haven't had an eye exam in 12 years and notice things we're getting out of whack. I have been relying on cheaters/readers with different magnification levels from 1.0 to 3.0 depending on what my tasks were at work.

I decided to have professionals look at my eyeballs and decided on Chagrin Valley Optometrists after soliciting reviews on NextDoor.

The 1st time I walked in to schedule my appointment, I was met by Barbara who was very pleasant and had an excellent sense of humor which put me at ease.

The 2nd time I arrived for my appointment, I was met by Barbara, again, who was very cheerful and fun to be around for a second time. (Being around consistently happy people is important to me so if that's important to you, this would be a good choice for your eye care). I then spent some time with Victoria who performed her job very thoroughly and professionally and made it very enjoyable.

Then, it was on to meet Doctor Pat who also smiled alot, had an excellent demeanor, fun sense of humor and a joy to be around.

He ran me through a battery of eye tests that were High Tech and interesting to learn about regarding my eyes.

He explained my options without any pressure. Again, someone fun to be around who made me feel quite comfortable and well taking care of.

If you're looking for a change in or someone new for your eye care, I highly, highly recommend Chagrin Valley Optometrists. You'll be happy you made the decision to go there! I am!

Wonderful practice! Facility is very clean and staff is very friendly and professional. They took Mom right on time. Equipment is very high tech and Dr Jurcak was very thorough in caring for Mom. He took his time and was very thoughtful of her individual needs. He is very knowledgeable and explained what he what he was doing and why with each step of the exam. He socialized with her during the exam, which put her at ease. He discussed the plan of care with Mom and gave her options. I could not have asked for any better experience! A+++!

Fantastic practice! The office is absolutely stunning and the equipment and technology is top of the line. Super friendly staff, who provided great assistance in selecting new frames. Victoria was fantastic with prescreening reads and I loved working with Dr. Lewis for the first time. I will continue to use this practice and recommended it to my family and friends already!
