James’ initial diagnosis was fast and accurate. The reason for my lower back and nerve pain we’re clearly explained. James didn’t try to sell me a multi-visit plan and drag out the process. I felt like a patient and not a customer. At first, I thought his dry needle process was voodoo, but it worked and I noticed pain relief in as little as 36 hours after my initial visit. I was 100% pain free in less than 3 weeks from the initial injury. His rehab methods are effective and had me back to full workouts in just over two weeks.

I have seen James twice now for 2 different sports related injuries. Most recently I saw him for a groin strain I suffered while training for a half iron man event. Both times working with James were great experiences. I got a full evaluation of the injury and a detailed plan on how to rehab. James also is extremely prompt in getting back to you and takes input and adjusts your plan accordingly. Using his rehab plan I was able to complete my race and hit my goal. Without his help I have no doubts this would not have been possible. Was a pleasure working with him and I will be going back for any injuries in the future.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yoder’s for about a year now and he has been extremely helpful in diagnosing and treating my chronic knee pain. He has been instrumental in the process of making sure I can perform at a high level on the football field.

After multiple surgeries and trying to rehab myself, I reached out to Dr. Yoder for an appointment. As a registered therapist myself, who has treated many people with the injury I had, I knew that I needed a specialist who is skilled at manual therapy. I also was looking for a Physical Therapist who would be able to provide me with the hands-on treatment I needed, and also someone who would provide me a thorough home program. Dr. Yoder was respectful during the initial evaluation and was supportive to my desire to work on my home program on my own and only come to him for the hands-on therapy that I could not do myself. He customized my home program and frequently updated it to keep my program advancing. He was extremely knowledgeable and tailored my program to my specifics needs and impairments. He is the only Physical Therapist that I will go to now and for any future needs.
