Great staff, caring pharmacist!! Courteous, helpful, great hours.

In the past I had stopped coming to this store I can't say I had to many positive things to say but periodically over the last few months I've had to come in for this or that, the new manager Anna has really made each of my experiences a very pleasant one. She makes it a priority to makes sure she remembers my name and ask me how I am. I'm always in a hurry and she will v line to whatever my need may be and get me in and out while always making me laugh or smile. I don't just stop in now because of whatever reason, now I make it a point to come in and know I will have a great experience!

Treat people with dignity. Can’t say that for Walmart up the street was not once treated like that here. No longer work in the area but like my bank worth the drive for good service. Low ratings should be for folks insurance companies I’d assume. I’d likely boycott ever going to another rite aid if this store doesn’t make the cut. Best pharmacists and assistants in lake county bar NONE

The staff was friendly and helpful in a non-intrusive way. These days it’s hard to find experienced and caring service and my Rite Aid managed to offer it. I’ll be back again!

The staff at Chardon Rite Aid Pharmacy are amazing!! Every time I go to there, the ladies treat me like they are happy to see me. They make me feel like a friend instead of just a customer.
