(August 23, 2022, 8:39 am)I had an unfortunate incident at Nelson Ledges road course and I needed 2 tires re-sealed. Not only was this one of the only shops open in the area, but they were able to take care of me on a very short notice. I was able to get back on the track within 1 hour of the incident. To say that these guys saved the day is an understatement. I will be sure to refer them to all my racing friends.
(August 22, 2022, 11:29 am)Middlefield Tire went above and beyond for a customer of Nelson Ledges Road Course who (unfortunately) left the surface and plowed through a swampy area. His tires were in terrible shape, and one losing air. He found Middlefield Tire online, called ahead to ask if they could help, and they indicated they may be able to help but he needed to get there soon as they closed at noon (on Saturdays). He asked if anyone could give him and his tires a ride to this shop, and I volunteered.
The thorough explanation of what had gone wrong and what could or couldn't be corrected was greatly appreciated, and their quick work to fix what they could is something you don't encounter often.
I asked for some business cards to take back to the facility, so we could make it known to any driver there having tire trouble to use this company when needed. THANK YOU Middlefield, wish I'd caught the employee's name but I didn't.
(July 7, 2022, 2:54 pm)"Steve" was really nice! He got me in quickly even tho they were booked solid. The mechanics were very helpful and managed to pinpoint and fix the problem with in just a few minutes. They have a fair labor rate and the mechanics seem knowledgeable. So thanks guys, I will be back!
