Brian was friendly and provided a fast low pressure sales experience. Also, the gentleman working in the parts department was extremely nice and provided help for outfitting my son with the proper helmet.

I was impressed that Sara was able to help me find the parts I needed over the phone as quickly as she did, and on top of that had all the k formation at her fingertips about a bike I had purchased from them 7 years ago & was able to quickly find parts for it as well. Im very happy with how comfortable I felt dealing with a parts desk person about something I am not familiar with. I will certainly be going back in the future. Oh, the prices were surprisingly reasonable. I checked online after I got home & just for fun was actually cheaper than what I could find on these components!!

I contacted JFF thru their Facebook page just on a whim trying to find a used Goldwing. Sure enough, they had one that fit my requirements. I have been playing with the idea of a Wing for serval years and have done a lot of research. Low and behold I didn't have to travel out of state and pay more than what I expected. Private sellers seem to think their bikes are worth more than they actually are. Well, JFF was right on point. I picked up a nice machine, that has been professionally gone through for a fair market value. If my plan continues I'll ride this for a few years and step into a brand new one and I'll come to JFF for it.

By far the best purchase experience i have ever had! Greg made the whole process simple, no gimmicks or smoke. Was not overly excited to wait but it was well worth it. Now a proud owner of a '22 Honda Navi. I even got the color i requested and a new helmet to match. Thank you Greg and the just for fun Honda team, i hope to do more business with you.
