Guitar Lessons Geauga in Newbury, Ohio, offers great lessons from an amazing teacher who is more than enthralled to get you enthusiastic about playing the instrument and building upon the newfound talent!
Or if you are more experienced, grow your talent with advanced lessons or play together as a group while also getting personal tips from the teacher, Mr. Brian Fish.
I highly recommend these lessons if you are looking for an amazing teacher with an amazing community who all love what they do!
I look forward to my guitar lessons with Brian every week. I've always wanted to play the guitar, but have floundered around the last three years teaching myself a few things using YouTube, but not really learning the proper way to play guitar. After a couple of months, I am excited to say that each week I get a bit better than the week before, unlike my self-teaching method online! That's the whole purpose right?
Brian encourages me to keep trying and always tries to add something in to ensure that while I am working on harder items, I still have milestones and accomplishments.
My happiest day to date was a few days ago, when I played for my dad who has played his whole life. He said, WOW! You've really learned a lot, your teacher is doing all the right things.
I highly recommend Brian and his approach. If you're looking for an all around nice person who knows every genre of music and can help you learn the songs of your dreams-this is the guy.
If you're on the fence thinking-eh, why should I pay when YouTube is free. Trust me. I've learned more in my short few weeks with Brian than in 3 years of watching my "YouTube" teachers. You're never too old, and no, your fingers are not too short! I'm almost 50 years old with stubby fingers and if I can do it while working full time and going to school full time-so can you!
Give him a shot, you'll be glad you did!
Brian is a great teacher for beginners and advanced players, he has the ability to meet you where you are and provide guidance so you can move forward. Progress comes slower for me as I am an adult beginner, but Brian has made the experience fun and rewarding. My knowledge and love of music has increased because of these lessons, I would recommend Brian and Guitar Lessons Geauga to anyone.
My wife got me a free lesson over a year ago and enjoyed Brian's technique and approach so much, I took a full year of lessons. I was amazed at how much I didn't know about the guitar itself. Brian immediately took me to the level he knew I was stuck in even though I was familiar of the basic chords for 40+ years. I really enjoyed the face to face instruction. Even though I was skeptical about a group setting. It really worked out well as Brian gave each of us personal instruction and rotated his attention around the room. After six months of in studio lessons I continued my lessons via Zoom for Covid reasons. Brian accommodated each of us to our comfort level. I still felt like I was getting my monies worth. As the months went on, I dug my Beatle books out and was on my way to enjoying learning guitar again and playing for my grandkids around the campfire.
This was an extremely rewarding experience for me and will continue to appreciate it many years to come. (My wife appreciates it too!) :)
I loved taking lessons with Brian. I have been taking lessons with Brian for one year, and I have improved so much since then. He can teach at any level, and has always had all the knowledge for any questions I come in with. I highly recommend Brian if you’re looking for guitar lessons.
