The female worker that was there did not acknowledge us and was in a bad mood and did not try to hide it. I will keep coming here because it is close, but if there were other options available I would choose them over DQ. Edit: After going here for a couple months, they have cycled through new people and have improved the food quality. Pleasantly surprised!”

“I have had Joe as my mechanic for years. He has always been knowledgeable, fast, honest and helpful. I was thrilled when I found out that he opened a shop of his own. One day my husband came home to tell me that my car was overheating. I immediately called Joe. He looked at it that night. He informed me that I had a crack in my engine block. I was devastated. I know that a new engine is very expensive. He could have tried to replace the engine himself and make money, but he told me that it could possibly be a factory recall. He instructed me to contact the dealership. I contacted the dealership and he was right, it was covered under the recall!! I had the engine replaced by the dealership. I was pleased until my car started to lose power and jerk and a light came on on the dashboard. I immediately called Joe. He said it is misfiring and that since I had the engine replaced by the dealer I should call them. I called the dealer and took it to them again. I got my car back and the problem continued and it went into the dealer 2 more times. Frustrated with the dealer I called Joe and asked if he could please look at my car and tell me what is wrong. H had me bring it to him and within 10 minutes told me what was wrong. He didn't even charge me for his time. I called the dealer told them what he said and took it to them. The problem was finally fixed! If I wouldn't have called Joe I would probably still be taking my car into the dealer to get it to quit misfiring.”

Scheduling was simple and fast. From getting our estimate to installation was less than a week. The installers were polite, on time and knowledgeable. They take their time and double check everything to make sure it’s perfect. They even repaired problems with my furnace installation from a previous company and there were many. (Stay away from state heating and cooling) Do yourself a favor and use Kobella and avoid the headaches, surprises and u easiness that comes with going with a less reputable company.”

On full tank gas ⛽ that last about 4 1/2 hrs and most of all I run lights,frigator, fan, and signs with no problems.. and can talk to customers at a normal voice and can communicate easily... A lot of their store brand yarn was out of stock as well and had been for months apparently. Managed to make things work in the end, but they made me work for it. I was able to get my project made though, so wasn't a total loss. Didn't take my coupon or money off though at register. Will come back if nearest option, but if others are available will go to those.”
