“THIS IS A FIRST IN A LONG WHILE - my six wheeler had a broken transmission band and when I dropped the machine off for repair I was told that parts would be a little difficult to obtain and Dan was very busy at the time. But he did everything he said he would do, professionally, and then some. He even cut me slack by delivering it. It's hard to find people that actually do what they say they're going to do. He did, therefore I consider this a first from anyone in a long time.”

“I have two horses, a cat, and feed the wild birds. They had something for all of those here! I buy all my horse grain (Nutrena Safe Choice Senior) and bedding from here plus salt blocks and dewormer. They offer free delivery for orders over $200. Every other month I place an order and they deliver it. It's always nearly stacked by the delivery person(s) and set far enough under the roof overhang that it doesn't get wet. Thank you! I've had many questions over the years about grain, bird feeders, and item availability. The staff are always knowledgeable and very friendly. Also, the cute cats are fun to pet!”

I brought my theme (Midsummer's Night's Dream) and my ideas (native biodiversity) to a consultation with Emily and she built the most beautiful floral proposal that it ended up being the color pallete for our bridesmaids dresses and my wedding decor. Everything took inspiration from the florals. I cannot gush enough about the AMAZING work being done at Frayed Knot Farm! I want to move my whole life to Cleveland so I can participate in their CSA bouquet subscriptions. But my new husband says flowers aren't a good enough reason?! What does he know.....”

“I have to give this place in Middlefield five star review for how clean their establishment was. Easy parking and a drive-through. I had a gift card went in and bought some dilly bars and some buster parfait bars two boxes of bars for $22. The cakes on the other hand are getting expensive out there be prepared to spend between 28 and $32. At this location they had the burgers and fries in the chicken baskets etc. enough people working behind the counter. It was nice to see people working no short staffing at these places.”
