Our experience was the best possible! Samantha, Mark and Megan were the best to work with! The small touches like flying the Air Force flag and the hearse with Air Force emblems was a real classy touch. They are the best in the business. Thank you!

Valerie was our funeral director and Megan assisted with our dad's service as well. There are no words to describe how caring and compassionate they both were with our entire family. I don't know how to thank them for being my rock and anchor. You and your loved ones will be treated with the utmost care, kindness and respect. I HIGHLY recommend the Beavercreek chapel. I will forever remember them for being a light in the darkness.

They have handled a couple of my family members funerals this year. Such compassionate love and understanding when making arrangements and during services. Megan and everybody there has been extremely great I feel like they're part of our family now. Easy to work with very professional very clean very understanding. Would recommend them any day over any funeral home.

Mom's funeral was today. The fact that I'm taking the time to write this today of all days should tell you something. Newcomer Beavercreek also took care of my Dad and other family members and friends over the years. We have always received good service and a caring staff. They have never tried to give us a hard sell on anything and they have always done everything they promised. When I pulled into the parking lot this morning the gentleman putting flags on the vehicles going to the cemetery, who I had never met, asked who we were there for and I told him our last name. Based on that he asked "are you Dan"? They took the time to tell him who to expect. That's customer service. That's caring. We dealt with Kim this time around and she did a great job. After reading some of the reviews on here it seems like people don't always understand the rules and regulations that Newcomer has to abide by, rules made by the state regulators, not the funeral home. It's an emotional time and I understand their frustration but it's isn't necessarily the fault of the funeral home. I'm sure Newcomer makes mistakes sometimes, we all do, but our experience has been very good and we intend to continue going there as the need arises. The cost is significantly less than at other funeral homes and they do as good or better than any of them. Thank you for taking care of Mom today. We appreciate it very much.
