This review is being written by Alicia's husband.Fantastic service. Sarah is by far one of the nicest people you can deal with. My wife's sister unfortunately delivered a premature still born baby and my wife and I i live in Chicago and their mom was visiting us in Chicago during the delivery of the baby. Yes very bad timing. Well needless to say my sister-in law my wife and my mother-in-law were so devastated cause they couldn't be by her side and making the arrangements become a difficult and stressful time for them. I made a phone call and Sarah answered the phone I explained the situation to her and she immediately took over and handled everything for us.What was even more amazing is she offered all the services at no charge. The only thing we had to pay for was the urn and she even offered to get us a copy of the death certificate at cost so we didn't have to file with the county. No up charge. Total cost for urn and certificate was only 115 dollars. At a very difficult time she was an amazing caring person who took away all the stress during a time of need and did this all over the phone. If I lived in Dayton Ohio i would definitely use their service when it was my time. I highly recommend Schlientz-Moore. Thank you again Sarah God Speed
