“I bought a lemon of a certified pre-owned Kia from a different dealer out of state and had it shipped to me. On arrival it had several issues. Since that dealership was too far away, I had to get it repaired at a local Kia dealer. I called two other dealers and had over a two-month wait and neither of them wanted any part of helping me. Beavercreek Kia got me in in less than 2 days and had my vehicle fixed in time for an upcoming trip we had planned previously where three other Kia dealerships had failed me. I have to take it back to have two other minor issues fixed that couldn't be addressed in time for the trip. A very stressful situation and they helped me when no one else would so I can't say enough about them!”

“What a wonderful experience! We attended a goat yoga class while on a girls' trip. Our ages ranged from 68 down to 8 months. None of us came with yoga experience. We had the BEST time!! It was such an accepting, inviting, inclusive environment. The goat interactions were facilitated by a goat handler who guided the bouncing baby goats through the room so that everyone had equal opportunities to interact with the goats while her daughter led the yoga class. It was pure joy! We all left feeling uplifted by the serotonin and dopamine boost! Would highly recommend this experience!”

My husband bought me a mug earlier in the week that said “I want to be a nice person but everyone is just so stupid”, and this obviously made me want to step in the store itself. “I believe this was my first time purchasing anything from Eddie Bauer. I stumbled upon an online sale and decided to order two flannels. Unfortunately, I am smack dab in the middle between a size Large and a size Medium. I took a gamble and ordered two mediums… and they were slightly two small. So I decided to come to this location to confirm that the size large would indeed fit me correctly. I brought the two mediums with me just to compare and Sarah, who I believe is one of the managers here, ended up taking it upon herself to process my return in store saving me a decent amount of money, time and hassle, on what would have been the cost of return shipping. To complicate things, the sale on these two flannels had ended. Unlike many other retail locations, instead of writing me off Sarah continued to work the problem until she was able to successfully accept the exchange. I really appreciated her willingness to help on a busy Saturday afternoon! These may have been my first Eddie Bauer purchases but I’m sure they will not be my last! Thanks!”

“Best buying experience I’ve ever had! We were shopping for a fifth wheel trailer with multiple slides as we had to temporarily move out of our house for health reasons. Our sales representative at SVG, Shane, was kind and compassionate and if we had questions, was quick to find answers. After we purchased the trailer, SVG’s service department went over it with a fine toothed comb to make sure everything was sealed and functioning. Josh, the lead technician was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and attended to all of our needs concerning the trailer. Unbelievably, Josh delivered the trailer free of charge to our home, AND set it up for us. During the first weeks, we had a couple of small glitches and questions, and he came back out on his own time two or three times to fix small things and install a few components that he had on order for the trailer. None of this was charged. The trailer itself is wonderful and just what we needed. We felt super taken care of by the staff at SVG who were not only professional, but kind as well, going well above and beyond what most auto/rv dealers would do. Highly recommend! Five stars!”
