“Had an amazing experience with them. was in my first wreck and was very scared. They were easy to communicate with. Very fairly priced and was originally told they were booked through november. Later I got a call saying my car would be finished by the end of next week. Yesterday I got the call that my car was finished. “*** Do not!! Buy Golden products!!!**** I am in the middle of ANOTHER battery crisis and it is giving me 7 or eight beeps. I requested service but Golden wants them to keep it over night for some testing. That does not work for me as I use my scooter for everything. We have an 1100 sq foot apartment and running the vacuum drains the batteries and as of right now if I were home alone the house catches on fire I will have to burn because I have no way dependable to excape. I have specifically called various scooter places, reported it to several different types of agencies and will continue to do so. I have had both back wheels replaced, the batteries , something happened with the motor, the seat has came loose, I have it tied down with zip ties and now I need batteries and who knows what with the long series of beeps again. We had an emergency scooter need. There were no high pressure tactics, which I loathe. We were given plenty of time to decide. I just they would have a few more options for what I needed. “Had our Hamvention at this site. I was quite impressed at the cleanliness of the site. Even though it had rained the day before there were only a few damp areas. The food at the different providers was often very good. Very upscale for fairground food but the cost was very reasonable. The buildings were clean and had good air movement so even though it was humid and over 90 outside it was very nice in the open buildings. The bus transportation from the remote parking was outstanding and Free! Greene county and the sheriff office had a very organized system. This has been my best experience at the hamvention in Dayton/Xenia!”
